When I dont exercise n bug victims on facebook.. playing with photoshop
I thought with my charley brown self haircut I better not go out .. cold n windy .. but tomorrow..
A good thing about a boy n his dog, when he is an old man he can still have a goofy dog as a pal 🙂
The sun as it looks appearing through the trees n the pup out the window, because of depth of field I had to use both and sandwhich em together.
I hear the evil law mowers growling n I guess it is close, put the charger on the riding mower then to pick up some sticks. What ever I bent over to pickup, the pup had to have that one and after they were in the wagon, she had to take em out to chew on.

Dusty filled out Pup's registration papers and I had her microchipped.
The vet gave us some papers from HomeAgain.. should not have had it registered with them. Once the chip is in you can have it registered anywhere and a one time fee..
Puparonia's microchip number is 985 113 007 443 331
Got her first tags and keep them with the other pups
She had a bit of fun on her first snow day n ran around a lot.
The balls.. toys always end up under furniture so I bought a 4" ball from Walmart but when I opened it, it is 6" .. she thought she was gonna play but it is too big to fit in her mouth
One special asset of having Rita, she would take stuff back. The ball is wrong, I bought a mmm shirt too small (my others fit fine)

Not only super cold but the wind when I stepped outside.
When afraid during the virus I saw people using shields n thought maybe so I bought a cheap motorcycle from Amazon (in case I buy a motorcycle :) )
The wind still biting my neck. The other day Puparoni chewed holes in my boggan n I thought hmmm I cut the top out and just pulled it around my neck
These r Kookie's mittins, she liked to jump on people n scratch em n I was gonna put them on her paws.. never did.
The little ball goes under everything, I bought a bigger ball n couldnt get em in her mouth. The 4" workes just fine and she grabbed it.
Dusty had Puparonia akc registered n the papers came.
I couldn't stand the idea of selling puppies or what might happen to em but I have regrets
The day I found out Kookie had the terminal bone thing, I wished I looked for another saint..
I love this little monster but Kookie is dancing around n my thoughts.

Had to get my pills n went to town on Friday
I like one of the pill girls, she asked about Kookie .. just goofy things are well
Got to see one of the girls at mt p who is always nice, she like the rest now live far but here to visit.
n at the top of the trail, another friendly puppy .
Goofing off today so when I don't get my exercises in, I am forced to go to town n hike up the trail on Mt P.
Took so many pics.
I hate cold but have so much clothes on I can sit out in the shelter n drink my coffee in the morning
My hand freezing up taking pics n I remembered the handwarmer.
Works like a charm, and I can take the trigger finger out with out a glove and click away.
Because it was overcast I lightened stuff with exposure comp and forgot when I got there. I used flash to combat the shiloutte effect, sun coming in and overexposed but kind of saved it a bit.
Puparoni has so much energy , like a Tasmanian devils

I got the Jeep hat yesterday n couldnt use it to keep the sun out of my eyes but to keep the hair out of my eyes in the wind.
Most of my amazon stuff came .. took the little red camera up yesterday but didnt know how to use it... like Duh

01 Puparoni
I guess the beginning of this story ends with Kookie.. so much hurt, wishes I figured that would be the end if I got past it. but..
I have been crazier than normal crazy for months now, afraid to get another pup n thought about fostering .. then on August 23, I was gonna go bring one home from the shelter, but goofed off too long.
Next day my kid called me.. guess she was looking too and had arranged to go look at pups in Heath.. sue wasn't ready to do that. or pay $$$
But once I got there n they were bouncing around.. once I hold a puppy I am done. They had yellow n black and one chocolate lab and one with a mark on her ear that I liked the best.
I was always afraid if something happened to me Kookie being put in the shelter.. I asked Dusty if she would be the pups fairy god mother.. in case I couldnt.. ok so we came home with more than we left with.
I have the papers and can register her as full blood with akc, don't know if I will
My kid told me we should do some stuff on Saturday n brought some little kids, said they wanted to go to the pound to visit the pups.. now thinking .. a trick?
After it going though my thoughts I picked out two I really liked and was gonna go get one, but goofed off too long.. that night she called me and said she found puppies in Heath and arranged to go visit em.. How could I not go.. hmmm
She found em on Craig's list.. I thought OH NO, so many stories about rip offs n negative stuff.
Away we went.. me thinking what are we getting to, but when we pulled on the property n I saw these guys I was pleasantly relieved..
The guy had super cool cars, the kind I wished for.. a mechanic that worked on them himself..
n soooo we ended up coming back with more than we left with, lots of whining n afraid I think.. but that has changed.
Not only what was paid for the pup, on the first vet visit, it was $196 ... and we have to go back every 3 weeks for ???
That first night when I brought her home, She was relentless climbing up and over stuff, she go up here and the tray fell on the floor while she fell in the trash can and I had to get her out.
Taken a couple things out of the box, she first grabbed this rope and ran with it, bouncing up n down.. (see her ears n the dog tag)

First vet visit.
Pumpkin n PuppyDog had their first vet pic taken here. Hard to get em to all look the same way , guess this was the best.
Guess she should not be where other animals have been till after she gets all of her shots.. but I wanted to try it on at the park... so just in back of the truck... toooo big... guess there is another smaller one in the box that I have not got too.
In the amazon box was a couple harnesses sizes. Not allowed to be on the ground yet but wanted to put it on her in the park so .. in the back of Kookie's truck I figured it out
Today my kid came to rescue me to get some rest n they took her shopping.. need a smaller crate to keep her.. well she has a little helper with her maybe tonight a name will be bestowed on the princes, first bath, ride in the jeep, trouble looking for a place to happen, I think

Dusty picked me up to do some stuff on Saturday, first to the vet about shots and the pups first checkup.
Leaving we stopped by the Ewing (use to be) school to see if there was a need for pit stops n took some pics there.
Last pic I got of Kookie was at this water fountain but didnt have to help her up.

What a great guard dog. so scary alerting me of the window peeper.. of course the window is about 10' above the ground, must have been a big one.. or maybe her reflection?
When she could not get up on the couch, a foot step appeared n she figured it out.. now the couch is her domain where she brings her stuffed animal prey to destroy
Tried to train her a bit yesterday n scared her, felt so bad.. ugh
Today one more doc appointment at the hospital, I can bring her n leave her in the car under the garage where it is cool and someone will call the warden I suppose.. or leave her here to howl where no one can hear her.

I went on a mission to take pics of old schools, the first one was my very own.. first grade
As soon as I got out of the Jeep, someone sitting on the porch beside the school said they were so sorry about losing Kookie (my Saint Bernard). I didnt remember them but guessed it was someone I had taken pics of on Mt Pleasant.. yep so I asked em to take a pic with Puparoni.
Puparoni is about the size of the the little one now.
I have a little path through my woods. Now she is getting to the place she wants to explore .. so dark I can not find her.
I was one day away from taking a pup from the shelter I had picked out. The night b4 my kid called me and said she had arranged to take me to see some puppies. Being goofy , we brought home a puppy we did not leave with.
Last day of summer
Took Puparoni to the vet at the Humane society.. got some free samples but just the same I can NOT believe it was all done for less than $70
Trying to pot train her .. she is so fast it is done by the time I turn around.. I thought of an invention.. I put one of the phones by the door then use the intercom button to make it ring and take her to the door.. if I can just keep it up.
Of course I have to drive by the park on the way back and was forced to drive through. I love to see people hanging out with their pups .. thinking some time in the future they will spot themselves in one of my pics. 😋
So dark I have to be close n use flash she is not invisible. I love this pup already but Kookie is stuck in my thoughts.
I guess it is a hint bringing her food bowl from the kitchen and getting on the couch with it.

First day of fall. I moved the couch over a bit so the Pup could get to the window.. bugs trying to get us n she is barking mad.

She is into everything.. to be a keep sake .. well I kept the tp that Kookie shredded and her toys too. I washed them and saved them letting Puparoni play with them all .
Probably the last dandelion to be seen . I went in the house and brought out the camera.
Cherished and melancholy thoughts of that was and now lost. Time might erase things and in the coming spring, again I will follow the sun.

Pup is getting to the place where she goes to the pot by the door. That is ok but the other day she was in the other bedroom barking. Sometimes she barks at the mirror but not then?
When I went back to look again there was poop on the floor, was she telling me some other dog was to blame?
A little later this sweat shirt was by the elliptical?? I can't imagine where it came from .. fun imaginary thoughts .
It took a while until I remembered where I saw it n washed it .. would give it to her niece if she would wear it..

10/16 Rabbis shot n 2 months of fleas heart stuff, walked up mt p n got some treats at walmart .. gonna buy a motion detector and doggie door bell
Going to the pot by the door when I don't let her out so the motion detector idea is it will buzz n I can get the door for her.

Puparoni has been going by the door to go to the pot. I can't watch her all the time so I tried this gadget out.
Only $17. The unit is plugged in the wall in this pic.

Two days ago, Pup climbed up on the table and ate a bunch of dogfood b4 I caught her, then a bit later she was crying and barfed twice.
She eats everything .. to keep her out of trouble while I exercised, I made s 'cage' for her and she broke out. Fixed it and she broke it, finally put her in Kookie's crate, n she raised all kind of protest.
I had Rita's umbrella beside. Guess she was gonna show me and get even, some how she pulled it in the cage and shredded it.
I put her dog food up 4 times and some how she got it out and I heard it crashing on the floor.
When I put the zapper on her, she sticks out her head n wags her tail.
Never thought when they were with me, but now I keep finding myself saying I love you to Rita n my pups.
Really miss Kookie everyday but almost finished to do things I had planned
Wanted to go to town n looked out the window to see the sun sinking .. I figured out how to play my usb sticks in the vizio tv, works pretty good n did a sunset pic with our video playing in the background.
Guess people like pics of themselves when they r young especially when looking at their current photos.
Got another phone after dropping the other from the amazon man and the kid I let drive my challenger to take a girl to the prom, got a card from him today.
Dusty has a pup about the age of Puparoni and is bringing em over.. if u don't read more from me in a couple of days, send the sheriff out for a wellness check
