Having my own giant saints in the past I did have them cremated but thought of some ideas keeping them with you at all stages. There are bunches of Saint Bernard groups.
On the web things can be done for big bucks but do not meet the needs.
Because of the long hair.. hair balls your pup's hair can be turned into yarn and knitted into different things.
If you have a long hair dog.. it won't take long.. if you cut their hair, or clean it up, you can keep it through the years and maybe hang out with your pup n wearing their hair as a hat. There are so many cute ideas.
I see lots of things done with stuffed teddy bears.. zipper pouches and gadgets to hold things. The "pouches" are small.
I thought wonder if there were a big stuffed Saint "plushy" that you could replace some of the stuffing's with your pups hair.
I bought this stuffed pup for Kookie months before her end and it will not hold the hair I have kept for the project.
The Lab is my new pup beside that stuffed animal.
There are thousands of pup breed groups to design, create and share patterns on their crafts.
Where ever you are there are sewing stores, knitting supplies being packed with those who love the crafts
My mom spent hours creating flowers .. sweaters n my wife spent $$$ on sewing related things.
You might know some yourself. These creative people to guide you through how to.. or even do it themselves
I know things I love to do, I want to share with others.
